run the code
$ cd kolum $ cd exe $ ./kmake $ cat kick $ mkdir ../output/cloudnoga $ ./Kinit $ ./Kolum $ ./his2pkl.py cloudnoga $ ./kplot.py cloudnoga lengthmix tke $ ./kplot.py cloudnoga fth qc $ ./plottrace.py cloudnoga colwat
Next you may edit the file kick, and replace cloudnoga with cloud. Then repeat the above steps, with similar replacement.
